Networking with donors and alumni

Overview

An important part of sustaining a college’s success is keeping its people connected. Events represent a chance to bring brilliant minds together, whether it’s for networking or fundraising.

Sigler worked with the Iowa State University College of Engineering to coordinate several different events for the school, including formal donor gatherings, private in-home dinners as well as regional receptions for donors and alumni.

Highlights

• Sigler assisted with planning and conceptualization of theme and décor.
• Sigler’s event management team facilitated all event details, such as timeline, rentals, layout of reception and dinner – including coordination of all menu and catering details.
• To ensure a seamless event, we organized staging, lighting and audio/visual components for evening programming, as well as live entertainment.
• Sigler also provided setup, on-site event management and tear-down after events.

Results

Sigler has proven to be a reliable partner for ISU’s College of Engineering, which is why the school continues to turn to Sigler to help plan and manage their events. We have been able to help them create unique, branded events ranging from tailgates to formal receptions, and attract and entertain attendees according to specific goals.
